Signing up Techinical issues

Hello,

 

Have been looking to sign up to Sky Broadband as my current contract with my current provider is coming to and end.

 

I started my sign up through GoCompare who had Sky 500 with a sign up gift card.

 

I went through the details inputting all information, inputting my current provider details in etc so Sky can cancel.

 

On the page where it mentions equipment delivery it stutters and then the page says 'Unfortunately we have encountered techinical issues'

I cannot go no futher, I have tried 3 times and I have also had and email come through from current provider saying the disconnection fee is underway.

 

So before I've even managed to join sky my current service has been cancelled and I cannot find a contact number anywhere for help?

I don't know if this is concering.

The email sequence goes - 

Sky Broadband: An update on your gift

Current Provider: Important about your switching information

Sky Broadband: An update on your gift

(At this point I signed up to sky id)

Sky Id email

Then emails about this post

 

So nothing specifically about sign up.

Thanks for escalating this. Though I'm not sure if it's something we will be able to help with as we don't deal with orders, but I’ve sent an invite to chat so we can take a look.

Hi both,

 

Thank you for taking the time to reply. 

I was having issues on Chrome and on the iPhone browser, I tried using Microsoft Edge and it seems to have allowed me to get to the final steps.

The issue still exist and I cannot get thru the device delivery page. It looks there's problem on loading the time slot.
