Poor speed and wifi connection
Hi. I'm having trouble with my speed and signal. Speed is slow and have no signal in nearly half my house. Setup is sky fibre 150 with sky max hub. Having to stay near to router to type this otherwise I lose connection and have to start again. I'm right by my hub and current speed is under 100mbps and if I go upstairs to the rear of my house and downstairs to the rear of my house my devices lose connection. I had the standard broadband 80 with sky hub beforehand with broadband boost and had signal so good I could stream in my back garden. No new devices added only what I had on previous setup. Tried all the tests online/my sky app. Tried phoning and keep getting an automated message that sends me a link via text that takes me back to what I've already tried. Feeling a bit frustrated now. Please help. Thanks

Just to clarify, when you had your old Sky hub & broadband boost you didnt have any boosters or Sky Q devices? The only thing thats changed is that you swapped the old Sky hub for the Sky Max hub?

Hi. No I didn't have any boosters/extenders. From memory I initially had weak signal with the old setup so they sent me a newer router and added broadband boost. Bar the odd weak spot was generally OK. Thanks for your reply

@Lewis1488 It is odd that your speed and range would drop so drastically if you don't have Sky Q or boosters. I would lean towards faulty hardware
