The lights are on green then one goes red losing signal been happening for 3 days and I'm not happy

This is a customer forum, have you called Sky in the last 3 days to report it?
If you use the app or website you can force a check and if there is a problem it'll log it and perhaps set up an engineer visit to sort it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Parisa you can log into the My Sky app when the line is up and click to run the test - ignore the result of the last regular test - if it finds a fault it can book an engineer otherwise call Sky.
