Signal dropping out

Hi I was wondering if there's any update on the engineer , my signal is constantly dropping out and I can't watch tv and lose the WiFi signal.  I reported this and an engineer came out on Monday and said it was sorted but it is possibly worse I would say, I reported it again on Tuesday but haven't heard anything , thanks
