Sign in to network means connecting without Internet

I've recently set up our new broadband. All my devices are connecting fine except my phone. When I connect to the WiFi through settings it asks me to sign in to the network. Once I tap that, it connects without Internet? And I can't change that? I have an android.

Have you tried resetting the network settings on the phone? Go to settings > reset > reset NETWORK settings

Yes @jamesn123 I reset it all but still the same issue. Will not connect with WiFi when I tap 'sign in to the network'
