Sick and tired of speed, 5 houses up had full fibre and I don’t, the cables bypass my house
I am sick and tired of my slow speed, I literally can't watch Netflix and play an online game at the same time without buffering, lag, etc. been waiting a while for full fibre now, only to find that the cables bypass my house and allow neighbours to have it. I live literally right next to the exchange. Sky can you sort this out because it's really frustrating me now.

Re: Sick and tired of speed, 5 houses up had full fibre and I don’t, the cables bypass my house
Hi @Bigcleggd
This isnt a Sky issue, Openreach are the ones who decide which properties get Fibre. Its quite common for properties near an exchange/cabinet to get initially skipped for Fibre as Openreach often implement a different solution like direct cabling underground rather than utilising a pole.
If you go to this site & use the 'address checker' and then post the resulting table & text below back here we may be able to offer some sort of insight into the matter.
