Shutting down when finished.

When finished viewing, press on/off button, picture goes off then returns. Have to shut down with old controller, not skys.

What are you talking about here, your TV and if so what Tv service do you have so is it, Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream ?

@Basmo  You've posted on the Broadband Board about an issue unrelated to broadband, what TV service are you eferring to?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
