@Khut It could be either, if you don't have full fibre to your property then super fast is delivered via a hybrid fibre and copper service(fibre to the local street cabinet and then copper from there your property).
You can check if full fibre is available by using the address checker from this link https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/

No- only had problems since. No incoming calls, broadband unavailable for first day, now gone down again.

Typically FTTP is now installed wherever it's available in the area, even if the order is for Superfast rather than Ultrafast broadband.
