Shoking fastes broadband upgrade

We have upgraded to the top package with sky for the broadband and since we have had nothing but problems. 

 

The Internet constants drops out and we are without the Internet for hour or 2 then comes back on and off again. 

 

Happens up to 5 times a day. Please help! 

 

Someone from sky contact me as its so difficult to speak to a human these days!!

@Jo+Unwin Sky wont contact you as a result of a forum post. If you post your hub's stats forum members who are customers like yoursekf should be able to advise See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

 

If you stay on the line and dont accept offers of texts etc you should be able to speak to a Sky agent but it takes time its normally quicker early in the day like now. Calls to Sky on your Sky Talk line are free just dial 150.
