Shocking fibre performance/slow WiFi.

Hi. We upgraded to fibre at Christmas but over the last few weeks it's been dire in our main living room.  My stats are below and this has been taken when on WiFi right next to my router. However if I walk into a room 10 meters away the WiFi is completely non existent and the tv is really poor.  Any ideas as I am at my wits end with this. Thanks in advance 😀
