No WiFi or mobile data

For over a week now our WiFi and mobile data has not worked most of the time. We are aware of a local friends service been affected as open reach have damaged the sky cable when putting in the gigaclear cabling 4 weeks ago now. These same workmen have gone around the village and since this time our service has also been affected. This is totally unacceptable. I am having cancer treatment and need to be able to contact the hospital if necessary. Unfortunately my broadband, home phone and mobiles are all with Sky and so I have no way of contacting anyone. Please repair our service urgently

@TinaGinn77  Your Wi-Fi and mobile data are two separate things. The mobile data situation should be fixed, have you tried to re-boot your mobile phone?

Yes I know they're two different things but both not working.  

Yes I've tried rebooting, switching off and on again, turning on aeroplane mode etc, still not working, and neither are my kids phones.

I've tried phoning and speaking to sky customer service but get fobbed off.

Doing the check my broadband test says all OK, but it's not.

Another question if you have no mobile data are you using someone elses Wi-Fi in order to post these messages?
