Sky broadband order on 8th december, router sent out, texts from sky advising of activation for 29th sent, yet loandbehold no service. Over 20 calls between 29/12 and 02/02, still no service and only to learn that despite sendimg out the equipment and texts, the order was cancelled by sky in the 15 and now they cant clear the service pending message so cant activate the broadband.
utter incompetance!
