Moving Home

Hello I am moving and broadband scheduled to go live on Thursday 23rd. Sky have not sent me a new hub or wires. Impossible to find a number to talk to a fellow human. Thanks

If you are already a Sky Broadband subscriber then it's quite possible you already have everything you need, and Sky will simply expect you to take your current equipment with you.

 

If it's new provision or changed technology then that gets sent to the new address.

 

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
