Settings to enable IPSec on a Sky Hub

I'm having trouble connecting to a work VPN - our IT guy says I need to have IPSec Passthough enabled on the router but Sky help says this can't be done. However, I've found VPN IPSec as a service which can be enabled for inbound or outbound traffic. Is this what I need to activate and what setting should I use?

@TimGF

The firewall rule is to allow someone from the internet to connect to your router via IPSEC not for you to connect to your work so i would not enable that as it will open your router to up the internet on the IPSEC port.

Re: Settings to enable IPSec on a Sky Hub

Hi Tim,

That screen shot is setting up incoming rules rather than outgoing, so I don't think it will help. From experience, I'd be very very surprised if its your Internet connection.

What vpn software do your company use? I've tested palo alto, cisco, fortinet and pulse secure and never had any issues with any of them.

It might be worth testing your connection in a Starbucks or McDonald's, to check if its the laptop?
