I've just recevied my new wifi max router. It is sat on the desk with my phone and test laptop connected to the wifi, and I am on the mySky App running the setup program. However, it has just failed.
Is there a way to set up the Hub withouth connecting it to the internet? Ideally I want to get it all set up with a new SSID etc before I disconnect the old router so as to minimise any disruption.
I tried to access the admin console on 192.168.0.1 from a laptop, and then realised Sky havent provided an admin password.
Eventually found that I had to run the setup program in mySky, but that doesn't appear to be working.

To confirm, it DOES need to be connected to the internet directly. Once I did that I was able to set it up via the app pretty quickly.

Apparently not. I guess you could try connecting it over ethernet behind the current router.

I tried connecting it to the current router. The light flashes green, but then turns red.
