Set up problem

Dear Team My housemate and I are having a huge problem setting up the wifi and it shows to my housemate "it is not quite connected" and the problem looks to be phone socket. I am not sure. Could someone contact us to solve this issue asap? Kind regards R

@Raffa Is this a new installation that you are performing, copy off the electronic guide linked below.

You should have a text from sky that you are live, if not what is the Activation date that you where given, you will not be live until that date....
