Set up broadband
An engineer supposed to visit my house today to install 300 megabytes on new fibre line. Sky broadband. I haven't got any text messages from sky as yet with a timeframe or confirmation?

Openreach usually send a text message 1/2 hour before they arrive
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

Have you checked your order tracking in the My Sky app to see if the appt is still on?

Download the My Sky app, sign in, click order tracking at the top

Looks like you may need to link your Sky ID to your account by using the account number contained within the welcome email you would have been sent when you ordered Sky Broadband.

Nothing more the forum can do for you then, you'll need to call Sky and go through security there since you don't have a linked Sky ID to manage your account.
