Set Map-T Disable Profile
Good evening
Neither my work laptop of my wife's can connect via VPN.
Can I have the MAP-T Disable Profile set please
Not MAP-T 1:1 or MAPT 8:1
I saw another post getting this done on the last week.
Thanks

Re: Set Map-T Disable Profile
@vbandsg Are you using a sky Max hub then if so you need to do it all through the pinned post top of the Forum page and fill out the request Form, nothing the Forum can do for you!

Re: Set Map-T Disable Profile
Thanks JimM1. I didn't spot that pinned post. Not on a Sky max hub but I've sourced one so will change it shortly as FTTP being installing in the next few weeks.

@vbandsg Hopefully it's one that has never been used or you are going to have a major issue trying to use it on a sky connection!

@JimM1 & @vbandsg if the hub does not come direct from Sky it is unlikely Sky will agree to disable MAP-T all Sky Max hubs remain their property and therefore should not be sold or given away
However whatever your current connection issues are they are not being caused by MAP-T as that profile cannot be applied unless the router advertises support for DHCPv6 Ootion95 which no other Sky hub does and few if any third party routers do by default.
