I have been with sky for a few months now , I only have a broadband package with them , I also paid extra for a max hub to help boost my connection within the hous. When I first signed up I was promised and garuanteed speeds of atleast 30mbs in main room and 10mbs in every other room, since day one this has never been achieved despite multiple calls and complaints to them , most recently during a call and diagnostic over the phone with a sky technitian they informed me that there is currently only 7mbps reaching my router.
am I entitled to some form of compensation

The Max Hub comes with the Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee, which 'guarantees' one month broadband subscription refund.

That, however, is covered by the Sky Speed Guarantee, which is different.
