Service outage in HP7.
Service completely down in HP7 area. Service status page says sky are aware and can take up to 2 days to sort. I appreciate (and hope) that that is worst case. Is there anywhere to get more detail I.e that the issue is being actively investigated as we speak?

As it says Sky are aware then they will have informed Openreach who are responsible for investigating and repairing.
