The wifi has been out since Sunday 26th October am. That is four days so far and I have had no update and now date when it will be resolved by. Can anyone help?! It shows a service outage.

If there is an outage then it will not be just you with this issue so pretty much all you can do is to speak to Sky to see if they have had any updates from Openreach about it.

@oxred81 thecforum software doesnt allow posting of numbers, but a simple online search will givecyou a number for. Sky's customer services but only use numbers starting 03 they all go into thecsame IVR system.
However it is unlikely Sky will know much more and cannot give you anything ither than a guess for when your line will be back up. Openreach do not provide acrunning commentary on faults to ispscand telcos.
