Service checker saying WiFi has WiFi has a problem

Anyone experiencing this issue. My internet works perfectly fine but service checker says problem. I've turned router off and on again also.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

 The link you sent just sends me to service checker. I did a line test and no issues raised but internet works fine at home etc
