Service Issues

I am very frustrated with this service. I tried to call customer service and it just sends me right back to this forum.

My WiFi is very slow and my sky boxes keeps crashing. I restarted my broadband router and it keeps crashing, who do I report this to?

@Fada_Foster  Did you try and run the broadband test to save you calling? While on the phone and sends you the text say nothing and it should direct you to an advisor.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I have run the test as well restarting everything. Thanks for your advice though.
