Re: Serious issue with connectivity
Interestingly, before pressing reset button only half my gadgets had stopped so unplugged the router and all stopped immediately. All seems to be well atm.

Re: Serious issue with connectivity
Only option atm is to use one of my power to sd motion cams halfway down the garden but where it is covered by those nearest the house and plug it into a battery.

Re: Serious issue with connectivity
PS a male child and a male adult got into my back garden and pulled the cams off and threw them to the ground, they were spotted because the blink cams were set to take a picture a minute.

Re: Serious issue with connectivity
Zen is good and far better than Sky in the reliability of their equipment which is a commercial router they supply from Fritz!Box. And their authentication is standard PPPoE with a fixed public IP address so any equipment will work with their broadband services.
Zen internet on FTTP (900Mbps down, 100Mbps up). SAT> IP (Apple 4K 2nd gen TV to LG C1 OLED UHD TV/Dolby Atmos Denon AVR, DacMagic Plus for Hi-Res audio), hosting own blog/forum (cluster), OPNsense & Zenarmor L4/L7 NGFW & DPI IDS/IPS, Asus ET12 Pro Tri-Band wifi, Linux, Gamer: Xbox Series X/i7 laptop, round-robin DNS over HTTPS, non-proprietary VoIP HD AMR-WB (G.722.2) and more... Beta tester Apple iOS/watchOS/tvOS/iPadOS/macOS. Dr Mae-03 PhD.

Re: Serious issue with connectivity
If you have only been with Sky for a couple of weeks then you are still likely in the cooling-off period, so could potentially cancel the lot without contract penalty.
