Sending back old boardband router

I was advised that the new router would have the necessary bits for me to send back the old router but it does not.

I don't have a printer to print a label and I do not want to be charged for not sending it back. 

Any advise would be grateful.

You dont need a printer, you can get the label printed at the post office.
