Hi I have recently moved back to sky broadband and I am having issues with certain sites and receiving/sending emails. I presume it's my settings. Can anyone advise? Thanks Jo

It could be your broadband shield settings
On you mysky app go to product settings then broadband shield and disable it

Hi I think you are right but I can't amend the setting. I must have another setting somewhere else too
