I didn't set a security question when I set up my account. But sky are insisting I didn't what do I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCall Sky and when prompted for it say "forgotten it" or similar. Sky should be able to verify your identity as the account holder by other means and then set up a new telephone password with you.
