Security, have I messed up?

Have I caused a security risk by sending a photograph of the back of my modem to a sky advisor when requested ?  This included my modem password etc.,  as I was having internet issues.

Only if they live next door (from where they could conceivably use your WiFi) which would be a fairly remarkable coincidence.

The wifi password can be changed if you want as you can set it to whatever you want:

After changing this you will need to setup your connected devices again.
