Hi everyone.

I received an SMS today from PDCS saying I will receive a letter regarding my SKY. PDCS is a debt place, but my last SKY bill was July 2023 and my contract ended then and I haven't used sky since.

Any help or information would be appreciated.

As you've posted on the Broadband board I presume it was Sky Broadband you had.

How did you cancel?
Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging cancellation?
Did you return all loaned equipment?
