Says no issues - nothing will connect

Been having issue since last night, box has 3 green dots. Ran the tests on the my sky app and says no issue, all running fine. But no devices will connect to the WiFi: phones, tablets, SKY tv ect all days can't connect. Not the best during the the summer holidays with children!
