Issue with Broadband and using Mobile and unable to get through on phone

I had sky broadband installed 29th July and our mobiles are not working with even when sat right next to the box.

plus the WiFi range does not extend upstairs or out into the kitchen so we require boosters.

i have tried calling but it just goes silent after giving password.
