For several nights now my Samsung smart tv is unable to connect to my sky broadband, it is able to find the broadband but cannot connect unless via the WPS, this then works fine but every time I turn my tele off I have to use the WPS again. The tv states I need to contact my internet provider for more help. The Wi-Fi works fine on other devices around the house.

If it doesnt and you havecthecwhite Sky hub change the WiFi security level from wpa3-T to WPA2 as some Samsung TVs dont like the newer higher security level. The setting is in the hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app.
