My Samsung 2021 Frame TV has suddenly slowed down and won't load any apps or play any streamed TV. We have Sky WiFi and use a WiFi extender. Samsung have checked the TV and say it's working fine.
Nothing has changed recently. Not sure why the TV is unusable. Samsung say it's because the WiFi signal is not stable.
I've reset the WiFi multiple times and repaired the WiFi extender.
