Same problem as previously
We are having the same problem as a few mo this ago.
The broadband keeps dropping out and keeps needing the router to be reset.
We are also having an issue again where the Xbox series X is not connecting to the wireless or wired Internet. The issue is definitely with the router as the Xbox connects via my phone hot-spot.
The last time this happened we had an engineer visit who replaced the router and it worked straight away.
We have completed all the trouble shooting and unplugging leads and resetting/hard reset etc.
Can we arrange for an engineer visit please.

Re: Same problem as previously
@Nathan1818 You can't request an engineer visit ona public forum, no one here knows who you are or your address details.
You will need to give Sky a call to arrange.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

It won't have been as a result of your post here though.
