Safe search

Hi,

I have turned safe search 'off' however when I go to click on a website it says it's blocked and I press 'show anyway' and it still won't allow me to access it. Can you please help me turn this 18 restriction off as I am 18

I suspect you need to change the setting on Sky Broadband Shield because that defaults to 13 during the daytime.
