STILL NOT WORKING

I had an engineer come out today for the second time this week, he told me the issue was fixed but my hub is still having problems and won't set up, I also can't connect my booster and the signal is so bad I'm better off using mobile data

 

i have had no WiFi for almost 2 weeks, it's impossible to get through to anyone on your customer helpline -- please can we get this resolved!

@LP93 You need to call sky again and report the fault as not fixed whatever it is that is going on!
