SPEED OF BRODBAND

with sky since last year, it was Ok, though speeds have gone down somewhat to now 11.4, well below the required amount of 18.7.  Open Reach engineers came 30 mps from box to house yet it was only  7.7 8.0 and 6.7.  According to Sky nothing wrong with internal technology though is still unable to give me an answer as to why,[Removed] so what happens next, still not rectified, they point the finger at Open Reach.

I am still waiting for it to be rectified all they said I can leave anytime without penalty, but they still have not rectified it.

An Open Reach Engineer ans a Sky Engineer needs to come to my home to look at each others readings

Unfortunately the offer to leave is because Sky has no confidence that Openreach will resolve the issue.

Re: SPEED OF BRODBAND

@Allen14 Would be best if you capture and post up your service checker history for the last 30 day's, if your line is faulty it will show what sky is seeing also!.
