. SONOS/SKY BROADBAND not compatible

Recently got Sky broadband. My SONOS system no longer works. SONOS say this is a known problem and can be solved by editing the SS ids which requires unticling the 'synchronise' 2.4GHz and 5GHz settings. I need help from SKY to do this

On a Sky Broadband Hub that's typically a DIY job: unfortunately it's not achievable on the Max Hub.

Re: . SONOS/SKY BROADBAND not compatible

I got someone to edit the SD IDs and essentially create two ways to log on to the broadband. Just need to choose the right one, which allowed me to put all the SONOS components on to a new group system .

I have the Beam 2 and have had it connected to the Sky wifi, the TP-link wifi and of course ethernet and it's never missed a beat. I'd guess yours is a different model or surround sound setup?
