SM3 broadband dropped

No internet light, orange voice light on router, others green, since 11am, now 1pm.  First drop like this in a year. Can't get through to support on phone, self heal useless.

If thats Sutton then there does seemto be an issue.  Sky lines are down and so is our ability to escalate

Support confirmed external issue with line in SM3 at the moment.
