SLow internet on all devices

Dear Sky Broadband Team,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding the poor performance of my broadband service.

I am subscribed to a 500Mbps connection; however, the internet speed is consistently very slow, often dropping below 90Mbps. All of our devices — including laptops, mobiles, and the TV — are located very close to the router, so there is no Wi-Fi signal issue. It is the actual broadband speed that is extremely disappointing.

Additionally, we frequently experience disconnections, especially when my children are playing online games, causing them to lose progress due to sudden internet drops. I also face significant problems during my Office Teams calls, where the connection is often too unstable to work properly.

Given the ongoing problems, I kindly request that you arrange for an engineer to visit and resolve these issues as soon as possible.

@Muhammad20 Your posting on this Forum you are not addressing SKY directly, customers just like yourself, would advise you to call sky customer services and have a direct interaction with them and your request.
