SLOW SLOW SLOW

Think  I'll chcange provider if I don't get a resolutuion soon. Independant internet speed test says I get 6.39 Mbps download speed (should be minimum of 200) and 3.23 Mbps upload speed (should be minimum of 49). Can anyone advise how I get this resolves quickly please?

@ztjdexcn if you are using a device connected by WiFi you are likely simply measuring the speed of the WiFi connection between the hub and the device. WiFi speeds depend on the layout of your property and what it is built out of so not within. Sky's control. Sky test the speed of your Broadband connection ction daily. The results sre in the service checker in the My Sky app if those are below the minimum then the app,should offer help.
