Broadband Speed is consistently low

Hi, 

My Broadband speed is consistently low and this is happening for last 10days now. Whenever I go on a call, it breaks 10secs for every min and gets even worse when I turn on my video. Speedtest reveals download speed dropping to 11mbps and is consistently less than 30mbps. This happens even when there is only one or two devices connected to broadband. I never had this issue in last 1 year with broadband but last 10 days has been terrible and worst part is unable to contact customer care and the service checker in App always says broadband is good. Please contact asap

@AbdulHaleem Sky cannot contact you from a forum post..if the connection to your devicechas been good in the past the possiblre cause is WiFi interference if so a rdboot of the hub can help as that causes the hub to find a less congested WiFi channel to use.

 

However it is also worth running the service checker in the My Sky app as thst shows the last speed test to the hub and should offer help if that is below the guaranteed speed for your line.
