SKY keep getting it wrong
Today was a 3rd attempt at getting sky Fibre connected to my property. I was initially supposed to get this installed on September 5th, but they sent openreach to a different address, tried a second time and they sent openreach to the same incorrect address. Today I was hoping this was 3rd time lucky, however exactly the same issue with using the same incorrect address so STILL no fibre broadband at my property! It's honestly pure unprofessional work ethics.

@Ricky17 Have you had previous acconts with sky for the address mix-up or is this just not aligning with the FF upgrade order!

I have lived in my property for 8 years, and all accounts etc have been at this address. The address they're incorrectly inputting is across the road from me. I am feeling really frustrated!

@Ricky17 It's going to be a kick off with sky then something has got mixed up bad! Either on there side, or on the OR side for the details!
Are you even getting the text's from OR, ie we are on the way to do your install today! Please let us know by replying etc etc!

Yep, we get open reach texts saying they are coming. The broadband equipment arrived at my address and they even phoned my number before coming today, but ended up going to the wrong address again. They have stated it's what Sky are putting in when they order the fibre installation.

@Ricky17 Looks like you need to get sky to fix it all out, OR will not be able to do anything until they have it all down black and white!

Totally understandable. Going to write to the ombudsman also. Sky have absolutely buggered this whole set up of fibre. In my opinion, a Sky manager should converse with an open reach manager to sort this out once and for all
