Our new max router arrived today (to help address congested WiFi in my area) and we've plugged it in and finally managed to get it to connect as a none sky router as the wps option simply didn't work!
The problem we have is that the main Q box and the three mini boxes will not stay connected to the network so we can't watch any streaming services.
I have called Sky, the broadband team couldn't help?! So I now have tv engineer booked to attend in over a week.
does anyone have any advice on how I can get a stable connection (keeps dropping and coming back) to the Sky Q box without having to wait for an engineer
we have full fibre broadband and all none sky devices are staying connected.
please help
