Typically area outages cause this forum to explode, and I'm not aware of any similar posts in the past couple of weeks.  Are you sure it's not a very local or individual address issue?

Nope, definitely an outage in the area as other people in the road are off too, ans Sky have said too, so not sure as to why people are not aware

@Andreaxoxox  If it's road outage you need to be aware they all won't be with Sky but other providers.  As yours is the only post it would suggest a small area outage rather than a wider area.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Andreaxoxox

There may be delays if Openreach have to dig up the pavement or road as part of their investigation/fix as they have to gain permission from the local council. Also be aware working from home is irrelevant.

If you're not already aware the below link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.
