SKY Max Hub intermittent ‘no internet’ message with IPhone 15 Pro
For some time now I’ve suffered with the above ‘no internet connection’ when using my iphone 15 pro over the wifi connection to my Sky Max hub. This can happy several times per day, and only ‘resolves’ when I switch off/on wifi connection on the iphone. All other devices (ipad, laptop) perform ok.
I’ve followed several suggestion (from these forums), including ‘hard reset’ of the hub, resetting the iphone network settings, and ensuring ‘WPA3-T’ is selected on the hub wifi. These all result in the same ‘temporary fix’ – i.e. a few hours at best.
Problem is, this is now a priority for me, as since having a stroke two months ago, I rely on the wifi connection for ‘phone calls, as the phone signal is pretty dire when I live.
PLEASE, can anyone help?

Re: SKY Max Hub intermittent ‘no internet’ message with IPhone 15 Pro
@Stefan4 Although it is unlikely to totally solve the issue I would select WPA2 not WPA3-T as the latter standard can cause instability on some devices. The marginal reduction in security isnt likely to cause issues.
Make sure you have disabled WiFi assist in the phones mobile settings at the bottom so requires some scrolling. That stops tge phone switching to mobile data if the wifi is poor.
Lastly consider getting a booster which can come as part of Sky's WiFi Max package as poor signal level is one of the things thst cause your issue.

Re: SKY Max Hub intermittent ‘no internet’ message with IPhone 15 Pro
Hi Chrisee
Unfortunately, this morning I noticed that a WhatsApp message was 'stuck', and the 'no internet connection' was back. I reset, by switching off/on wifi, and this temporarily 'fixed' it. Any other thoughts please?

Re: SKY Max Hub intermittent ‘no internet’ message with IPhone 15 Pro
@Stefan4 Had a very similar issue but it was on android instead of IOS, the wireless would just fold all the way back but never lost connection slow download and upload was fine, weak wireless signal turned out to be the issue, installed another wifi AP and that sorted it out. way i proved it was left the mobile next to the Hub, worked great never lost the connection, but did take a couple days testing to find it all out, would have swore blind wireless strength was not that bad....

Thanks @JimM1 - I will try leaving my mobile next to the hub and see if that cure it. Same here re wireless strength; it appears to be consistently 'good' throughout the house. Will report back.
