I changed by Broadband supplier from EE to SKY on 13/07/2026 I am very disappointed with the change the download speed is very slow compared to EE, example is my wife is searching EBAY, she is finding it takes a long time for the page to be filled.

i am finding search through Google Chrome is slow. The equipment is as recommended by the advisor..

@mojon71 one issue that gets reported is that Sky hubs do not have as great a WiFi rangeas the hubs from BT/EE. Sky do offer a package called WiFi Max which can supply up to 3WiFi extenders which may help your issue.
