SKY BROADBAND

When I was approached to take up Sky Broadband, the lady I spoke to stated that the termination fee from my existing broadband provider would be paid by Sky if I transferred to Sky. It has not been paid. How do I get it paid as my previous provider has added their termination charge to my last invoice from them.

@Wesleyww

You, the customer pays the early termination fees and Sky subsequently reimburses you by way of a credit being added to your Sky account.

Sky will credit back up to £200 for broadband and up to £100 for TV. Please read below about Sky switching credit...

You must provide a copy of the bill from your previous provider where you have been charged the early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have now paid it (specifically the early termination fees). You need to send this to Sky by email to [email protected]
