SKG BROADBAND ISSUES

Sky WiFi is not working for anyone in my area. What’s going on?

Yeah same. I have 4 green lights on the hub but non of my devices are connecting. Tried a hard reset and power cycle all 4 lights come back on to green but devices will not connect. I'm in Newcastle upon tyne. Issue bagan around 2:30 am. When I check service checker and put in my landline number it says looks to be issue in area when I look through the places affected its all in London. I then ran tests in the my sky app and it's saying everything is fine with connection and speeds. Going to leave it for a few hours then check again.

At that time of night it could be maintenance taking place. This is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep.

Same here for me,  though in Norwich.   Been down now for over 12 hours.......

Yeah I still had the same issue when I got up. All lights were green on hub but nothing connecting. I had to manually forgot the network on everything I originally had connected and connect everything back up again via password or wps. Everything is working fine now like.
