Not sure what you mean there. You obviously agreed to a contract at some point.
at the price am paying now and not be informed as to why its incresed an extra 20 pound a month,
The annual price increase, a discount or part of a discount ending, making a change to your subscription or perhaps making non inclusive calls on your Sky Talk landline would be the usual reasons for an increase.

No: you are paying for broadband.
WiFi is different, and no ISP actually guarantees wireless speed or coverage.
An unresolved broadband fault is grounds for early exit from a minimum contract term.
